Hummingbirds always make me think of Mom and Dad.
They kept feeders on the porch at their mountain house, and we would sit together watching the hummingbirds dart in and out—sometimes so many that it felt like we had front-row seats to their tiny air show.
Now, whenever I see one, I’m carried right back to that porch and those sweet, simple moments together.
Funny how something so tiny can hold such a big memory. 💕
