This little painting might be the most personal one in the collection.
People often ask me why I paint.
The answer is simple… because it fills my soul.
Painting quiets the noise in my head. It slows time. It reminds me to notice color, light, beauty, and possibility. Every time I pick up a paintbrush, I’m creating something that didn’t exist just moments before. That still feels like magic to me.
These tiny paintings have become my daily reminder that joy doesn’t always arrive in grand moments. Sometimes it shows up in a jar of brushes, a dab of fresh paint, and a blank canvas waiting for the first stroke.
I’m grateful that I get to share that joy with all of you.
