Some nicknames are filled with love.
For years, I’ve called my granddaughter, Evie, “Ladybug.” She’s adorable, full of energy, and has always seemed to tumble and flip her way through life just like a little ladybug exploring the world.
I’ve always had a soft spot for ladybugs. They’re bright, cheerful, completely harmless… and unlike so many other little bugs, they don’t bite! 😊
Now, whenever I see one, I can’t help but think of my sweet little Ladybug.
✨ Original 4” × 4” acrylic painting
